At The Event Box, we believe in creating spaces where people can connect, celebrate and make lasting memories.

Founded by Amy Zawistowski and Jodie Patience, The Event Box was inspired by a shared passion for people, creativity, events and community. What began as a simple conversation during a beachfront walk in 2023 quickly grew into a vision for a vibrant family entertainment and lifestyle venue unlike anything else in the area.

Located in Sunningdale at Wood Drive Lifestyle Centre, The Event Box is a multi-purpose venue designed for all ages, offering everything from kids’ play experiences and celebrations to workshops, community events, markets and relaxed café moments.

More than just a venue, The Event Box is a space built with purpose. It is a safe and inspiring environment for children to explore, a place where teens can grow in confidence and creativity, and a welcoming destination where families, friends and the community can come together.

With backgrounds in marketing, events, and brand experiences, Amy and Jodie have combined their experience and passion to create a venue that feels exciting, authentic and community-driven.
